We make homemade confections for any occasion and specialize in gourmet chocolates.   So what makes our items delectable?  Each item is handcrafted fresh to order with the finest ingredients and do not contain any preservatives.  We use fresh cream, sweet butter and real Liqueurs in our fifty-four different truffle flavors.   There will be no doubt that each item will be a unique delectable creation!

Kathleen Zakszewski has been making a variety of confections since she was very young.   During the 2001 holiday season, her husband asked her to make some chocolates for his colleagues.  With help from her mother-in-law, a large quantity of chocolates were made and many compliments were received.  To her surprise, many people asked if she considered selling them since they liked them so much more than other name-brand chocolates.  So in the beginning of 2002, A Delectable Creation was started.

Now with fifty-four different varieties of truffles, homemade fudge and numerous other confections, Kathleen still makes all of them herself while also maintaining a full-time job.  So she hopes that you will understand when she says, "No, I'm sorry, but you cannot have these by tomorrow."
